| dc.description.abstract | Introdução: Traz um estudo acerca da mitigação do acesso à justiça com o advento da lei 13.467/17. Objetivo: O presente trabalho tem por escopo demonstrar a mitigação do acesso à justiça com o advento da lei 13.467/17. Metodologia: O método utilizado foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, em que se analisou artigos científicos, gráficos estatísticos, doutrinas pertinentes ao assunto e a legislação pátria. Resultados: Com os resultados obtidos foi possível constatar a necessidade de se aprovar a Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade (ADI) 5.766 que encontra-se tramitando perante o Supremo Tribunal Federal, haja vista a relevante queda de ações propostas perante à Justiça do Trabalho. Conclusão: Conclui-se que com o advento da Lei 13.467/17 houve uma queda significativa no número de demandas, o que evidencia a mitigação do acesso à justiça. | en_US |
