| dc.description.abstract | Introdução: A Lei Maria da Penha sancionada em 7 de agosto de 2006, como Lei n.º 11.340, visa proteger a mulher da violência doméstica e familiar. Objetivo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a análise da Lei 11.340/06, onde trouxe o propósito de amparo às mulheres sob quaisquer tipos de violência. Realiza-se um remonte histórico da violência contra a mulher ao longo dos séculos, como também expõe a origem e criação da lei 11.340/06, abordando seu conteúdo, inovações e (in)eficácia das suas medidas. Ademais, discorre também sobre as inovações apresentadas na legislação de número 13.827 de 2019 e a busca do real acesso à justiça. Metodologia: A metodologia utilizada neste trabalho é o método essencial da pesquisa bibliográfica, utilizando-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória. Resultados: Conforme observado no decorrer do presente trabalho, a Lei Maria da Penha trouxe uma maior segurança para a mulher, visando seu bem-estar e proteção. E com suas recentes alterações busca-se garantir maior eficácia em sua aplicação. Conclusão: A edição da Lei n. 13.827, do dia 13 de maio deste ano, de 2019, acrescentou diferenciado instituto na Lei n. 11.340, de 2006, no entanto, ainda há muito o que se buscar para tornar esta lei prática e realmente efetiva. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | Introduction: The Maria da Penha Law passed on August 7, 2006, as Law No. 11.340, aims to protect women from domestic and family violence. Objective: This paper aims to analyze the Law 11.340/06, which brought the purpose of supporting women under any type of violence. There is a historical reminder of violence against women over the centuries, as well as exposing the origin and creation of law 11.340/06, addressing its content, innovations and (in) effectiveness of its measures. In addition, it also discusses the innovations presented in legislation number 13.827 of 2019 and the search for real access to justice. Methodology: The methodology used in this work is the essential method of bibliographic research, using a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory approach. Results: As observed throughout the present work, the Maria da Penha Law brought greater security for women, aiming at their well-being and protection. And with its recent changes seeks to ensure greater effectiveness in its application. Conclusion: The edition of Law no. 13.277, of May 13 this year, 2019, added differentiated institute in Law no. 11.340 of 2006, however, much remains to be sought to make this law practical and truly effective. | en_US |
