| dc.description.abstract | Os avanços no campo da informática têm contribuído no desenvolvimento de novas maneiras de comunicação ao longo do tempo. Os órgãos governamentais têm se beneficiado destas novas tecnologias para tornar o trabalho de regulação, recepção de informações e fiscalização mais eficiente criando plataformas online de informações. Neste contexto, com o objetivo de fazer maior controle das informações fiscais, trabalhistas e previdenciárias foi criado o sistemas de Escrituração Digital eSocial. Dentro deste universo de dados sobre o tema, toma-se destaque os referentes a segurança e saúde do trabalho que tinha papel coadjuvante na maioria das empresas e um histórico de negligenciamento no cumprimento das normas. Por intermédio de levantamento bibliográfico e legislativo acerca do tema foi realizado análise crítica que possibilitou a construção deste trabalho. Percebese que com o advento do sistema, há um novo processo de adaptação e conhecimento das empresas trazendo, além de dificuldades de implantação da gestão, maior segurança jurídica e melhores condições aos trabalhadores.Advances in the field of computing have contributed to the development of new ways of communication over time. Government departments have benefited from these new technologies to make regulatory, information reception and enforcement work more efficient by creating online information platforms. Within this universe of data on the subject, we highlight the occupational safety and health that played a supporting role in most companies and a history of neglecting compliance.
