| dc.description.abstract | Pretende-se analisar a lei n° 11.340/2006, conhecida como lei Maria da Penha, que foi criada com objetivo de proteger a mulher e punir com mais rigor os seus agressores. Ao contrário do que muitos acreditam, a violência contra a mulher não está ligada somente à agressão física, mas também à violência psicológica contra a mulher, como uma forma de lesão corporal. Para a Organização Mundial de Saúde (1998), a violência psicológica ou mental inclui: verbal de forma repetida, reclusão ou privação de recursos materiais, financeiros e pessoais. Objetivo desse projeto de pesquisa é estudar a violência psicológica contra a mulher no âmbito de incidência da lei Maria da Penha, especificamente, analisar como esse tipo de violência pode ser identificado, qual o motivo que levam as vítimas a viverem em um cárcere privado psicológica, e analisar quais as consequências que isso pode gerar na vida da mulher. Metodologia: utilizou-se da pesquisa por meio de consulta em fontes com respaldo científico na rede mundial de computadores, as quais compreendem: livros, artigos científicos, legislações e jurisprudências, dentre outras a Biblioteca virtual do Unilavras, além das fontes elencadas pelo orientador ou pelo pesquisador. Conclusão: com a possível identificação de causas e efeitos, que tem como objetivo adquirir um conhecimento acerca da temática e identificar seus fatores determinantes para uma melhor explicação de tal instituto. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | ABSTRACT Introduction: it is intended to analyze the law n° 11.340/2006, known as the Maria da Penha law, which was created with the objective of protecting women and punishing their aggressors more rigorously. Contrary to what many believe, violence against women is not only linked to physical aggression, but also to psychological violence against women, as a form of bodily harm. For the World Health Organization (1998), psychological or mental violence includes: repeated verbal violence, confinement or deprivation of material, financial and personal resources. Objective: of this research project is to study psychological violence against women in the context of incidence of the Maria da Penha law, specifically, to analyze how this type of violence can be identified, what is the motive that lead victims to live in a psychological prison, and to analyze what consequences this can generate in the woman's life. Methodology: research was used by consulting sources with scientific support on the world wide web, which include: books, scientific articles, legislation and jurisprudence, among others the Unilavras Virtual Library, in addition to the sources listed by the advisor or by the researcher. Conclusion: with the possible identification of causes and effects, which aims to acquire knowledge about the subject and identify its determining factors for a better explanation of such an institute. | en_US |
