| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho busca tratar sobre a alienação parental que consiste em um dos temas tratados especificamente em lei, prezando-se sempre pela garantia e efetividade do princípio do melhor interesse da criança e do adolescente. Tema de extrema importância no âmbito jurídico, o qual deve ser analisado de forma cuidadosa, identificando-se e conhecendo-se os atos que norteiam a prática da alienação parental, a fim de que não se cometam equívocos, transformando agressores em vítimas. Objetivos: O mesmo tem por objetivo principal destacar como ocorre a alienação parental, ressaltando ainda por objetivos secundários: ressaltar os principais direitos das crianças e adolescentes, evidenciar quais os pontos podem ser considerados uma infração ao princípio da dignidade humana, analisando principalmente quais medidas podem ser aplicadas a fim de evitar que as famílias venham se encontrar nos casos de alienação. Metodologia: Visando conceder uma maior estabilidade as informações apresentadas foram realizadas uma pesquisa bibliográfica, buscando destacar os principais conceitos e observação referente ao tema abordado, evidenciando autores renomados junto ao ambiente jurídico. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | The present work seeks to deal with parental alienation, which consists of one of the themes specifically dealt with by law, always respecting the guarantee and effectiveness of the principle of the best interest of children and adolescents. This is an extremely important topic in the legal field, which must be carefully analyzed, identifying and knowing the acts that guide the practice of parental alienation, so that mistakes are not made, transforming aggressors into victims. The main objective is to highlight how parental alienation occurs, emphasizing also secondary objectives: to highlight the main rights of children and adolescents, to highlight which points can be considered a violation of the principle of human dignity, analyzing mainly which measures can be applied in order to prevent families from meeting in cases of alienation. In order to grant greater stability to the information presented, a bibliographic research was carried out, seeking to highlight the main concepts and observation regarding the topic addressed, evidencing renowned authors in the legal environment. | en_US |
