| dc.description.abstract | A preocupação com o meio ambiente vem se tornando tema de diversos estudos em razão da constante preocupação do homem com o uso dos recursos naturais, bem como com os constantes danos que ações de diversas empresas têm provocado no meio ambiente. Objetivo: Esse estudo teve como objetivo investigar a responsabilidade da pessoa jurídica na prática de crimes ambientais. Especificamente buscou conhecer os principais conceitos voltados para o tema e o entendimento de doutrinadores quanto à questão em pauta. Metodologia: A metodologia utilizada foi uma revisão bibliográfica realizada em livros, sites, artigos, periódicos, na legislação. Resultados: Muito foi feito ao longo dos anos, no entanto a conscientização quanto a necessidade de haver um equilíbrio entre homem e meio ambiente é fundamental. Conclusão: A responsabilidade da pessoa jurídica é algo verdadeiro e deve acontecer, buscando evitar novos danos ao meio ambiente e prejuízos s regiões acometidas por tragédias provocadas por atividades industriais. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | The concern with the environment has become the subject of several studies due to the constant concern of man with the use of natural resources, as well as with the constant damage that the actions of several companies have caused in the environment. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the responsibility of the legal entity in the practice of environmental crimes. Specifically, it sought to know the main concepts related to the theme and the understanding of scholars about the issue at hand. Methodology: The methodology used was a bibliographic review carried out on books, websites, articles, journals, in the legislation. Results: Much has been done over the years, however, awareness of the need for a balance between man and the environment is essential. Conclusion: The responsibility of the legal entity is true and must happen, seeking to avoid further damage to the environment and damage to regions affected by tragedies caused by industrial activities. | en_US |
