| dc.description.abstract | No Brasil, a violência doméstica contra a mulher vem evoluindo a cada dia, indicando que há demandas não resolvidas nas questões que envolvem o assunto, dentre elas, a ineficácia das leis que protegem as vítimas. Objetivo: O objetivo geral desse estudo foi abordar a dinâmica da violência doméstica no Brasil e os avanços no âmbito do Direito Penal. Já os objetivos específicos foram: elencar os aspectos que levam à violência doméstica no contexto social brasileiro; abordar as políticas públicas de combate à violência doméstica e; principalmente, analisar a evolução da legislação e as causas da ineficácia das leis protetoras às mulheres. Metodologia: Caracteriza-se como revisão bibliográfica, consultando-se autores renomados, bem como plataformas científicas, tais como Scielo e Google acadêmico, artigos online e outras fontes sobre o tema. Conclusão: Ficou evidente que há muitas falhas na aplicabilidade da Lei Maria da Penha, embora a lei tenha sido um enorme avanço no que tange à proteção às mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica, mas ainda há um longo caminho a percorrer para que as medidas de proteção sejam mais efetivas e eficazes. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | In Brazil, domestic violence against women has been evolving every day, indicating that there are unresolved demands in the issues surrounding the subject, among them, the ineffectiveness of the laws that protect victims. Objective: The general objective of this study was to address the dynamics of domestic violence in Brazil and advances in the field of Criminal Law. The specific objectives were: to list the aspects that lead to domestic violence in the Brazilian social context; address public policies to combat domestic violence and; mainly, to analyze the evolution of the legislation and the causes of the ineffectiveness of the laws protecting women. Methodology: It is characterized as a bibliographic review, consulting renowned authors, as well as scientific platforms, such as Scielo and Google academic, online articles and other sources on the topic. Conclusion: It became evident that there are many flaws in the applicability of the Maria da Penha Law, although the law has been a huge step forward in terms of protecting women victims of domestic violence, but there is still a long way to go before the protection measures more effective and efficient. | en_US |
