| dc.description.abstract | Constitui um estudo a (im) possibilidade de inclusão do adicional de periculosidade frente as atividades policiais militares. Objetivo: Analisar a legislação, doutrina, jurisprudência e projetos de lei acerca da real necessidade do adicional de periculosidade aos policiais militares. Metodologia: Apresenta como finalidade a pesquisa descritiva, tendo como meio de investigação a pesquisa bibliográfica além de usar uma abordagem quantitativa. Conclusão: Nesta pesquisa permitiu concluir que existem formas de efetivar o adicional de periculosidade aos salários dos militares, bem como sendo por meio de projetos de lei, ou até mesmo por decisão judicial, como no caso dos militares da Bahia. Diante desse serviço tão perigoso, onde todos os dias estão prezando pela segurança pública do país e que em muitos casos sofrem com problemas psicológicos por conta do trabalho excessivo, exaustivo e também de um ambiente altamente perigoso, se estuda a possibilidade da inclusão do adicional de periculosidade sobre a remuneração do servidor militar, já que o mesmo se encaixa perfeitamente aos incisos de possibilidade para inclusão. E dessa forma, será demonstrado que a aplicação do adicional é eficaz perante os militares não somente pelo caráter indenizatória/remuneratória, mas também como uma valorização sobre o trabalho árduo exercido pelos militares. | en_US |
