dc.description.abstractConstitui um estudo sobre a violência doméstica, considerando o seu aspecto social e jurídico e as medidas existentes para o seu combate/minimização. Objetivo: Analisar a legislação, doutrina, jurisprudência e fatos acerca da violência no âmbito doméstico. Metodologia: Realizada através uma pesquisa explicativa cujo meio de investigação se dará pela pesquisa bibliográfica dentro de uma abordagem quantitativa de natureza explicativa. Conclusão: Nesta pesquisa permitiu concluir que existem diversos fatores que influenciam a mulher a permanecer em relacionamentos baseados na violência, tendo em vista que tais vítimas não têm acesso aos direitos que deveriam ser garantidos, bem como, não recebem o apoio necessário, tanto em sociedade quanto juridicamente. Portanto, diante das dificuldades financeiras e psicológicas optam por continuar naquele ciclo de violência. Uma vez que, ainda que existam leis especiais em favor da vítima de violência doméstica, elas de forma isoladamente não têm sido suficientes para diminuir esse número de violência em sociedade.en_US
dc.description.editionIt is a study on domestic violence, considering its social and legal aspect and the existing measures to combat/minimize it. Objective: To analyze the legislation, doctrine, jurisprudence and facts about domestic violence. Methodology: Carried out through an explanatory research whose means of investigation will be through bibliographical research within a quantitative approach of explanatory nature. Conclusion: In this research, it was possible to conclude that there are several factors that influence women to remain in relationships based on violence, considering that such victims do not have access to the rights that should be guaranteed, as well as do not receive the necessary support, both in society and legally. Therefore, given the financial and psychological difficulties, they choose to continue in that cycle of violence. Since, even though there are special laws in favor of victims of domestic violence, they alone have not been sufficient to reduce this number of violence in society.en_US
