| dc.description.abstract | Atualmente pelo grande crescimento dos crimes virtuais, busca-se mecanismos para enfrentar estas organizações. De tal modo surgiu a infiltração policial em que por meio de uma operação, um policial, com autorização judicial, se infiltra no seio de uma organização criminosa, simulando fazer parte dela, com objetivo de adquirir informações sobre as infrações penais que já ocorreram ou que cheguem a ser praticadas por seus membros, para que essas informações venham a contribuir como prova em posterior processo condenatório. Objetivo: Este trabalho objetiva estudar a infiltração virtual de agentes no combate aos crimes sexuais, destaca-se que a infiltração de agentes é um instrumento de investigação e colheita de provas. Analisar-se-á pormenorizadamente a infiltração policial, técnica oriunda da inteligência clássica, e os aspectos legais e jurídicos de sua utilização, com amparo nos princípios relevantes. A pesquisa é basilar para compreender a atuação do agente policial infiltrado que está em constante contato com os ilícitos penais e assim consegue angariar informações acerca da atividade ilícita. Assim, o objetivo é analisar como funciona a infiltração virtual de agentes no combate aos crimes sexuais. Metodologia: Para tanto, será utilizado método de pesquisa bibliográfica, com foco, em doutrina artigos e jurisprudências. Resultado: A infiltração de agentes policiais é muito importante, pois quando se esgotam todas metodologias que possam ser usadas de forma natural, a infiltração se torna a mais eficácia no que tange a pedofilia virtual. Conclusão: atualmente a atuação da criminalidade tornou-se evidente na internet, desde modo, pude concluir que são utilizados vários meios para a obtenção de provas que tenham como alvos crimes contra a dignidade sexual, sendo ela o meio da infiltração virtual de agentes policiais. Esse tipo de operação é bastante arriscado, pois qualquer deslize do agente policial, pode colocar toda operação em risco, assim como sua própria vida. Desta maneira, apenas os agentes que passarem por um teste psicológico, estarão aptos a participarem da infiltração. | en_US |

In such a way, police infiltration arose where, through an operation, a police officer, with judicial authorization, infiltrates the heart of a criminal organization, pretending to be part of it, with the objective of acquiring information about the criminal offenses that have already occurred or that come to be practiced by its members, so that this information will contribute as evidence in a later conviction process. Objective: This work aims to study the virtual infiltration of agents in the fight against sexual crimes, it is highlighted that the infiltration of agents is an instrument of investigation and collection of evidence. Police infiltration, a technique derived from classical intelligence, and the legal and juridical aspects of its use, will be analyzed in detail, based on the relevant principles. The research is essential to understand the role of the infiltrated police officer who is in constant contact with criminal offenses and thus obtain information about the illegal activity. Thus, the objective is to analyze how the virtual infiltration of agents works to combat sexual crimes. Methodology: For this purpose, a bibliographic research method will be used, focusing on articles and jurisprudence doctrine. Result: The infiltration of police officers is very important, because when all methodologies that can be used naturally are exhausted, the infiltration becomes the most effective with regard to virtual pedophilia. Conclusion: currently the performance of criminality has become evident on the internet, so I was able to conclude that various means are used to obtain evidence that targets crimes against sexual dignity, being the means of virtual infiltration by police officers. This type of operation is quite risky, as any slip by the police officer can put the entire operation at risk, as well as your own life.
