| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho perpassa pela dor e a delícia da vida em si de uma pessoa LGBTQIA+, em específico da população Transexual, de como os corpos se mostram e como suas singularidades são motivação para o não reconhecimento de direitos básicos, buscando analisar o sistema penal que é embasado pelo binarismo de gênero e uma população de maioria cisgênero. Objetivo: A presente monografia tem o objetivo de analisar a resistência de pessoas transexuais dentro do sistema carcerário brasileiro dentro da padronização do binarismo sexual impetrados no sistema carcerário. Metodologia: construído por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, para aprofundamento da compreensão de um grupo social excluído, no intuito de que lhes sejam respeitadas a sua dignidade como sujeitos de direito. Desenvolvimento: O trabalho foi separado em cinco capítulos perpassando entre o conhecimento de terminologias como gênero, sexualidade e identidade para uma maior compreensão da transexualidade e a liberdade de expressão dos corpos, trazendo a compreensão do sistema carcerário brasileiro, e a problemática do sistema carcerário brasileiro e os corpos transexuais e as novas sexualidades. Conclusão: Concluindo assim que o Brasil ainda possui um sistema que ainda exclui e rejeita a existência de transexuais. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | The present work goes through the pain and the delight of life itself of an LGBTQIA + person, specifically of the Transsexual population, of how the bodies show themselves and how their singularities are motivation for the non-recognition of basic rights, seeking to analyze the system criminal law that is based on gender binarism and a population of majority cisgender. Objective: The purpose of this monograph is to analyze the resistance of transsexual people within the Brazilian prison system within the standardization of sexual binarism introduced in the prison system. Methodology: constructed by means of bibliographic research, to deepen the understanding of an excluded social group, in order to respect their dignity as subjects of law. Development: The work was separated into five chapters ranging from knowledge of terminologies such as gender, sexuality and identity to a greater understanding of transsexuality and the freedom of expression of bodies, bringing an understanding of the Brazilian prison system, and the problem of the Brazilian prison system and transsexual bodies and new sexualities.
