| dc.description.abstract | O tráfico de pessoas para fins de exploração sexual gera sérios danos à saúde da vítima, principalmente psicológica, além de violar direitos humanos. Inúmeras legislações foram criadas visando coibir a prática desse delito, porém são as medidas preventivas as que se destacam, pois não gera a vítima nenhum abalo psicológico ou mesmo físico. Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar as novas perspectivas do ponto de vista da prevenção como forma de paralisar o tráfico de pessoas. Metodologia: Realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica, com base em materiais disponibilizados em meio físico e virtual. Conclusão: Diante o exposto, conclui-se que a prevenção é a melhor ferramenta na luta contra o tráfico de pessoas para exploração sexual, e é através da informação que se pode chegar a prevenção, pois já existem mecanismos jurídicos aptos a enfrentar esse delito, porém o crime já ocorreu causando inúmeros dissabores para a vítima e seus familiares, sendo assim, o trabalho conjunto do Estado com a população pode prevenir os mais vulneráveis deste crime. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | Introduction: Trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation generates serious to the victim’s health, mainly psychological, in addition to violating human rights. Legally, laws have been transformed into curbing the pratice os this crime, but preventive measures are the ones that stand out, as the victim does not generate any psychological or even physical shock. Objective: The objective of this work is to presente nwe perspectives from the point of view of prevention as a way o f paralyzing human traffickin. Methodology: Bibliographic research was carried out, based on matrials made available in physical and virtual environments. Conclusion: Given the above, it is concluded that prevention is the best tool in the fight against tr afficking in persons for sexual exploitation, and it is through information that prevention can be achieved, as there are already legal mechanisms capable of facing this crime, however, the crime has already occurred, causing coutless annoyances for the vi ctim and his family, so the State’s joint work with the population can prevent the most vulnerable from this crime. | en_US |
