Monografia (Pós-graduação Lato Sensu em Ciências Forense)1 – Centro Universitário de Lavras - UNILAVRAS – Lavras, 2019. Desde sua gênese, a humanidade sempre teve como base o convívio em sociedade. Entretanto, para viver em sociedade o ser humano precisa aprender a respeitar os costumes e tradições que ela possui. O amadurecimento social pode ser entendido como indício de bom ajustamento que é o processo que visa a satisfação de necessidades. A Criminologia é uma ciência moderna e autônoma que apresenta métodos de prevenção dos delitos, pois analisa o crime, o criminoso, o controle social e a vítima e a Hematologia Forense Reconstrutora estuda a forma das manchas de sangue no local do crime, podendo diferenciar homicídio de suicídios ou acidentes, identificar posições e movimentações da vítima. Entrelaçando as duas ciências, o objetivo é apresentar métodos de prevenção dos delitos auxiliando o poder público e a sociedade na diminuição de condutas delitivas por meio da prevenção. Com este intuito, foram utilizadas diferentes estratégias de pesquisa bibliográfica, tais como: pesquisa doutrinária, análise documental por meio de artigos, leis como o Código Penal Brasileiro e Código de Processo Penal Brasileiro. Assim, foi feita uma breve análise criminológica do transgressor até a classificação das manchas de sangue por meio da hematologia forense reconstrutora. Foi abordado sobre a classificação da perícia, cena do crime, estudos de casos e morfologia das manchas de sangue: mancha arterial, o gotejamento em trilha, o perfil de escorrimento (diferentes direcionamentos mostram momentos distintos, antes e depois da queda da vítima), perfil típico de manchas impactadas e o espargimento de dissociação (Cast-off) e manchas que obedecem ao sentido da movimentação do objeto. Pode-se concluir que o sistema penal deve ser reformulado sendo levados em conta: seus objetivos reais, o conhecimento histórico do ensinamento criminológico e sua contextualização na atualidade. Infelizmente, no Brasil, a teoria da rotulagem é muito presente. O transgressor quase sempre será visto com maus olhos, pois não poderá retornar à sociedade, porque uma vez removido anteriormente, provavelmente recorrerá mais uma vez ao crime. Torna-se indispensáveis nessa “batalha”, o suporte da família, da escola e do poder público para que jovens não se tornem futuros transgressores. Então, com o auxílio da Criminologia e da Hematologia Forense Reconstrutora pode-se fazer uma leitura do perfil do transgressor e assim diminuir os índices de criminalidade e potencializar o controle social do comportamento transgressivo. | en_US |

Monograph (Lato Sensu Postgraduate in Forensic Sciences) 1 - Centro Universitário de Lavras - UNILAVRAS - Lavras, 2019. Since its inception, humanity has always been based on conviviality in society. However, to live in society the human being must learn to respect the customs and traditions that it has. Social maturation can be understood as an indication of a good adjustment, which is the process that aims at satisfying needs. Criminology is a modern and autonomous science that presents crime prevention methods, as it analyzes crime, the criminal, social control and the victim, and Reconstructive Forensic Hematology studies the shape of bloodstains at the crime scene and can differentiate homicide, suicides or accidents, identify positions and movements of the victim. Intertwining the two sciences, the objective is to present methods of crime prevention, helping the public power and society to reduce criminal behavior through prevention. To this end, different bibliographic research strategies were used, such as: doctrinal research, document analysis through articles, laws such as the Brazilian Penal Code and the Brazilian Penal Procedure Code. Thus, a brief criminological analysis of the transgressor was made until the classification of bloodstains through reconstructive forensic hematology. It was addressed about the classification of expertise, crime scene, case studies and morphology of bloodstains: arterial spot, trailing drip, drainage profile (different directions show different moments before and after the fall of the victim), typical profile of impacted spots and the cast-off spread and spots that obey the direction of movement of the object. It can be concluded that the penal system must be reformulated taking into account: its real objectives, the historical knowledge of the criminological teaching and its current contextualization. Unfortunately, in Brazil, the theory of labeling is very present. The offender will almost always be viewed with ill eyes, as he will not be able to return to society, because once removed, he will probably resort to crime once again. It is indispensable in this “battle”, the support of the family, the school and the public power so that young people do not become future transgressors. Then, with the help of Criminology and Forensic Reconstructive Hematology, one can read the profile of the offender and thus reduce crime rates and enhance the social control of transgressive behavior. | en_US |
