| dc.description.abstract | São registrados vários casos, onde é reproduzida ou dissimulada á escrita de uma pessoa com a finalidade de se obter vantagens ilícitas ou ate mesmo ferir a moral alheia através de um texto ou a falsificação de uma assinatura. A grafoscopia ou grafotécnica é uma disciplina relativamente moderna que estuda a escrita de um modo geral com o intuito de investigar a verdadeira autenticidade de uma escrita. A escrita vem do cérebro, dessa forma, cada indivíduo possui uma particularidade na forma de escrever, e por isso não é possível falsificar uma escrita sem deixar vestígios. Embora os vestígios possam ser levantados com as técnicas atuais muitas vezes sendo suficiente para gerarem elementos de provas satisfatórios. Atualmente os peritos utilizam o teste cego como treinamento e aperfeiçoamento das técnicas grafoscopica para um futuro exame pericial. O presente estudo justifica-se pela necessidade de constante discussão e aperfeiçoamento das técnicas. Assim pretende-se alcançar um exame pericial mais robusto para se chegar ao verdadeiro autor, sem cometer injustiças. | en_US |
| dc.description.edition | There are several cases where it is reproduced or disguised in the writing of a person for the purpose of obtaining illicit benefits or even hurt the moral of others through a text or the falsification of a signature. The grafoscopia or grafotechnica is a relatively modern discipline that studies the written of the general way with the intention of investigating the authenticity of a writing. The writing comes from the brain, of that form, each individual has a particularity in the form of writing, and so it is not possible to falsify a writing without leaving traces. Although the traces can be lifted with current techniques often enough to generate elements of satisfactory evidence. Currently the experts use the blind test as training and improvement of grafoscopica techniques for a future expert examination. The present study is justified by the need for constant discussion and improvement of techniques.
